Shah Alam to Amsterdam

Friday 11th April 2014

We left for KLIA Airport early Friday morning to catch our Emirates flight to Amsterdam, transit in Dubai (for 1 hour 25 minutes). Flight left 30 minutes later from KLIA and hence arrived into Dubai 30 minutes later (also due to the head wind, even though the pilot tried to catch time). Nevertheless, we managed to catch our flight to Amsterdam from Dubai (tak sempat nak solat). Arrived safely into Amsterdam Schipol International Airport on time.
Clearing through immigration was easy and fast. Got on our IBIS Airport Shuttle and arrived into our IBIS Amsterdam Airport an hour after we landed (that was fast). Small room, small space but we managed to finish our '4 waktu', cooked rice for dinner and came out to the lobby to update this. Alhamdullillaaaaahhhhh !!!

Tomorrow, Saturday 12th April 2014; we will pick up our "Volkswagen Golf" rental car from Hertz at Schipol Airport and will head north of Holland; to Volendam, Maarken, Alkmaar, Afsluitdijk (where you can see the sea is higher than the lake) and will proceed to Groningen; to spend the night tomorrow. Selamat semua ... inn syaa Allah !!!
